We source local when possible an array of fingerling, Yukon Gold, red rose, and/or Peruvian purple roasted in olive oil & Bren's Savory Seasoning. Served with our famous Chimichurri dipping sauce made with fresh herbs, roasted garlic, and no-dairy mayonnaise.
